Purchase Master Penthouse: Visit the Diamond Casino & Resort, go to the Penthouse sales desk. Minimum cost $1.5 million for the base Penthouse.
Visit Ms. Baker: After purchase, enter your Penthouse and approach Ms. Baker (she stands by the desk) to trigger the first mission.
Wait for calls: After completing each mission, leave the casino or switch sessions. Ms. Baker will call within 5-15 minutes to start the next mission.
Play with friends: Missions can be completed solo or with up to 3 other players. More players make some missions easier but don't increase payouts.
Host requirement: Only the Penthouse owner can host the missions. Others can join but won't receive progression credit.

Completing all 6 missions unlocks the Enus Paragon R (Armored) — a high-performance luxury sedan valued at over $900,000. The car is delivered to the docks for pickup and comes with machine guns and armor plating. This is one of the best free vehicles in GTA Online.
